by All according to plan, Finland´s number one Drag Racing track is paved with new asphalt in time for the start of the race season 2014. The project is a joint project between the track owners and the group Drag Race Finland.
The Alastaro track traditionally host the FIA European Championship event FHRA Nitro Nationals July 3-6th, operated by the Finnish Hot Rod Associaction FHRA. The track also host the FHRA Drag Race Week event on June 28-29 during which is included in the EDRS European Drag Racing Series and featuring the EDRS Pro Nordic Motorcycle Championship.
The season opener in Finland operated by the is not run at the Alastaro track, but hosted by the Motorpark track on May 17-18th.
